Description

We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our sales team as Business Development Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new accounts as well as developing business plans to meet or exceed the company's business objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Build sales channels to get new customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet the business requirements of potential and active customers;
  • Participate in achieving the team’s sales objectives;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop loyalty;
  • Offer innovative solutions tailored to the customer current and future needs
  • Prepare sales proposals based on discussions with customers and prospects
  • Communicate results and action plans to the management on a regular basis;
  • Systematically and rigorously use the company's CRM to enter all relevant information about its customers and sales prospects;
  • Ability to win the trust of customers, convince them, establish a strong relationship with them and promote new products and services, while keeping a constant concern for their satisfaction;

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including at least one year in Business Development in a B2B environment of products and services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Business and/or Technology
  • Proven ability to establish sales channels, find new customers, close sales and manage customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, sense of organization, autonomy and proactivity
  • Bilingual (English and French), verbal and written
  • Availability to travel
