As part of our continued growth with the mission of continuously improving industry with simple and scalable technologies, we are looking for an experienced Technical representative as a member of our sales team to drive new sales opportunities. The candidate will focus on developing new accounts to drive business in North America.
The Sr Technical Representative will build and maintain relationships with new clients. Sales Reps are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products, demonstrating and presenting products; establishing new businesses.

This is a high-impact, results-oriented role. The ideal candidate is experienced working with fast-paced teams, leading by influence, and having the autonomy to drive your initiatives. The right person for this role is a high energy, focused, and deliberate leader who can work across marketing and sales to achieve the business goal of new customer pipeline growth and closed deals.

Responsabilités

  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities;
  • Manage the entire sales process
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas;
  • Follow Worximity’s sales methodology and present opportunities to prospective customers;
  • Document and maintain a healthy sales pipeline;
  • Achieve Worximity’s new revenue objectives through effective time management planning, setting sales objectives, analyzing performance data, and assisting in projecting future performance;
  • Represent Worximity during tradeshows and other sales initiatives;
  • Collaborate with Worximity’s partners to acquire qualified prospects

Conditions

  • Minimum 8 years proven experience in sales role;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience;
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior managers, and executives both in French and English;
  • Proficient with CRM and up to date sales methodologies.
  • Understanding of Saas business model;
  • Hands-on, “roll-up your sleeves” mindset, with an inspirational personality and ability to be a driver and a change agent;
  • Dynamic and passionate, determined to achieve and exceed targets;
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen;
  • Strong analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus;
  • Results oriented;
  • Team player.
