To support their high quality service offering, we are looking for a talented Logistic Coordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the candidate is responsible for monitoring and recording in the management system all information relating to customer orders. Recognized by his rigor and his sense of organization, the ideal candidate is oriented both towards operational efficiency but also towards customer satisfaction, ensuring data compliance and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

  • Record all product and order information in the system
  • Check the quality of the information transmitted
  • Daily monitoring of the smooth running of deliveries and installations, the daily distribution of orders with the different parties (customers / drivers / installers)
  • Follow up on upcoming national and international receptions and communicate on their status
  • Ensure the compliance of information with the various stakeholders involved, both internally and externally
  • Optimize operations during the day and manage changes in assignments
  • Follow up on problems that have arisen, changes to be made and to be made to operations
  • Effectively resolve all issues impacting customer service
  • Perform all related activities necessary for the proper functioning of the department

Conditions

  • Experience in transport logistics or other related and relevant disciplines
  • Fluent in English / French (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with order management tools
  • Demonstrate professional rigor, organization and flexibility
  • Comfortable to work under pressure and prioritizing the different tasks to be performed
  • Ability to work with relatively short deadlines and in a constantly changing environment
  • Committed and perfectionist in customer service
  • Flexibility, autonomy and resourcefulness and
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Having a car, an asset
