Salesforce Consultant

Ownly Conseil is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to be an integral part of our growing
organization.

This individual will be primarily involved in hands-on consulting engagements, from the
requirements analysis, solution design and implementation.

• Gather business requirements and understand what needs to be improved
• Design business solutions based on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Configure the client Salesforce platform including structure, functionality, troubleshooting and deployment
• Preparing and conducting client presentations throughout the project.
• Training clients on Salesforce
• Communicate regularly with management about key weekly actions and results
• Maintain a customer-centric mentality throughout all projects that are delivered

• Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Business and/or Technology
• 3-5 years of business consulting experience. You will also be considered if you have strong industry background.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a must
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
• You are curious, love to solve problems and seek to satisfied customers.
• Sense of organization, autonomy and proactivity
• Bilingual (English and French), oral and written
• Available to travel
• Salesforce certification is a strong asset (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or any other Salesforce certifications)
